What are the top sites we should see on our trip out west?
We are heading out west (Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho)....what are the top sites (Not touristy type stuff though, like museums etc) that we should be sure to see?

- Well, I was going to say Arizona's meteor crater, but all I can suggest is the Rockies and Snake River canyon in ID. Enjoy!
- If you like the outdoors, then there are loads of diverse parks to see...... alot more than just the obvious ones like the Grand Canyon. Look up Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Arches National Parks. Glacier National Park in Montana is great too.
- Just a heads up that northern Idaho is much prettier than southern Idaho. If you're going that far north, I suggest taking a boat ride on Lake Coeur d'Alene, which is beautiful. You'll find lots of locals there. In north-central Idaho, I'd check out Clearwater Hot Springs or other places on the Clearwater River that you can rent cabins. There you'll find some tourists but a lot of locals who just want to get away. The scenic beauty of the river is amazing! You can also do some rafting on it if you're interested...
